City resident Rachna Gandhi has won the Mrs India Exquisite pageant -2015 second runner up crwon keenly contested at  Tivoli Gardens , chat-tarpur, New Dehli. She born in punjab, Rachna (35) completed her studies in fashion designing INIFT and at present , she is running her own fashion store Arora Fashion in the city. Incidentally she didn't intend to take up Fashion or modeling as a career. It was all by chance that she decided  to participate in the event top 19 contestants participated in the grand finale.
